Now the big battle at Speakers Corner with some Muslims continues, with me showing why most Muslim converts, seem to have a comprehension problem, if they think that a real God would not know where the sun sets. This conversation went on for a while, because I did not realise at the time, that Muslims are supposed to take the interpretation of their scholars, over whatever Allah says in the Quran. If I had known this at that time, then I would not have been speaking to them for so long and it looks as if this is a standard mistake that Christians make, which is to presume that Muslims are supposed to believe what Allah says in their Quran, over what their scholars say, which is exactly how it is with the Bible, but the truth is that in Islam Muslims are required to believe what the scholars of the four schools of Sharia say, over what Allah says in the Quran.

Lo! We made him strong in the land and gave him unto every thing a road.(18:84)
فَأَتْبَعَ سَبَبًا
And he followed a road(18:85)
حَتَّىٰ إِذَا بَلَغَ مَغْرِبَ الشَّمْسِ وَجَدَهَا تَغْرُبُ فِي عَيْنٍ حَمِئَةٍ وَوَجَدَ عِنْدَهَا قَوْمًا ۗ قُلْنَا يَا ذَا الْقَرْنَيْنِ إِمَّا أَنْ تُعَذِّبَ وَإِمَّا أَنْ تَتَّخِذَ فِيهِمْ حُسْنًا
Till, when he reached the setting-place of the sun, he found it setting in a muddy spring, and found a people thereabout. We said: O Dhu'l-Qarneyn! Either punish or show them kindness.(18:86)
