This is a conversation with Abbas and Yahya where we discuss some hadiths related to a woman who rejected Muhammad's marriage proposal and the orifin of the hadiths that relate to Aisha's young age. The first hadith is one that seems to offend some Muslims, even though it has a Sahih rating and it is one of the main ones that is used by Mufti Abu Layth, to challenge the validity of some of the hadiths in Sahih Al Bukhari. They then went on to discuss how some of the hadiths that say how young Aisha was at her marriage, could have been fabricated, because they seem to come through the same person. I don't bother to talk about the age of Aisha, because she was one of their women, so it is up to them to deal with her, while we should stick to subjects that affect how Muslims are now supposed to treat us.
