This is a conversation that I had with a young Muslim about some verses in the Bible, where God is describing the judgement that is going to happen on Babylon and he is upset because God is describing what is going to happen. When looking at the way that Islamic State is butchering Christians and other people, it is obvious how evil humans can be, so God is just explaining how evil th Medes are going to be, obviously without God having to tell them to do the evil acts.

Isaiah 13:13: Therefore I will shake the heavens, and the earth shall remove out of her place, in the wrath of the LORD of hosts, and in the day of his fierce anger.
Isaiah 13:14: And it shall be as the chased roe, and as a sheep that no man taketh up: they shall every man turn to his own people, and flee every one into his own land.
Isaiah 13:15: Every one that is found shall be thrust through; and every one that is joined unto them shall fall by the sword.
Isaiah 13:16: Their children also shall be dashed to pieces before their eyes; their houses shall be spoiled, and their wives ravished.
Isaiah 13:17: Behold, I will stir up the Medes against them, which shall not regard silver; and as for gold, they shall not delight in it.
Just like how Islamic State has a load of murderers and rapists in it, so God allows them to do their evil for now and will judge them when their time is up.
This Muslim is complaining because he expects God to be like a fairy who is there to just grant peoples wishes, but this is not the case and people will just have to get used to how bad people are in this world and God obviously know the evil that they will do, so He is just saying in Isaiah 13 what that evil will be.
